Heleni Hotel - Jerusalem

Location really stood out. Just a short walk to the Old City. The Classic Room was cozy with unique old stone walls. I appreciated the comfortable beds and clean linens. The powerful shower had great hot water pressure. Breakfast looked delicious, though I didn't opt for it. A bit noisy at night from street traffic, which could disturb light sleepers. Parking fees were steep. Would recommend for the location, but consider the noise factor.

The rooms are brand-new, the bed is good. They have a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control. It has particularly good and gorgeous location near Time Elevator Jerusalem. Btw, it's set in the relatively quiet area. Offers really great service and fab food. This is a hotel go-to for Jerusalem!

Can recommend for a short visit

Cozy room, essential amenities like air conditioning and a tv made my stay enjoyable, and I loved the convenient outdoor dining area for breakfast in the morning sun.

I spent 1 night here and liked that. I have had a very good experience, this cute little, perfectly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff were all excellent and absolutely friendly. Stayed in an a nice size and brand-new room with balcony. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were very handy.

I stayed in the Classic Room with Balcony for 4 nights. The room was super comfy with really nice bedding. Loved the old stone walls. It was super clean, and the shower had awesome pressure and plenty of hot water. The TV had tons of English channels, but honestly, who watches TV in such a beautiful city? The breakfast buffet looked tempting, and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Just wish there were more options for dining right at the hotel.
